Welcome to Goan Boat Tours. By booking or using any of our services—including yacht charters, private cruises, scuba diving activities, and drone photography/videography—you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the service. Advance payments are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise. Prices may vary during peak season, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Guests must report at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure. Each yacht/cruise has a fixed capacity as per government regulations. Exceeding passenger limits is prohibited. Guests must follow all instructions from the captain and crew. Misbehavior, consumption of illegal substances, or unsafe activities may lead to denial of service without refund.
Trips may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to unfavorable weather or safety concerns. In such cases, rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.
Scuba diving is conducted under certified instructors. Guests must disclose any medical conditions (e.g., asthma, heart issues, recent surgeries). Swimming is not mandatory for beginner dives. Duration of underwater activity depends on conditions and instructor discretion. Participation requires signing a liability waiver. Refunds are not provided for panic underwater, late arrivals, or change of mind.
Drone operations are subject to DGCA and local authority regulations. Weather conditions may limit drone flights. Clients must maintain a safe distance from drone operations. Goan Boat Tours holds the right to cancel or reschedule drone sessions for safety reasons. Photo and video delivery timelines range from 24–72 hours depending on package and conditions.
Customer-initiated cancellations are generally non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booked date. Company-initiated cancellations due to weather, safety, or technical reasons may result in full refunds or rescheduling options.
Goan Boat Tours is not responsible for personal belongings lost, damaged, or left behind. Guests are responsible for damages caused to yachts, equipment, or property. Safety guidelines provided by the crew must be strictly followed.
We reserve the right to deny service or remove guests from any activity if they behave irresponsibly, endanger themselves or others, are intoxicated, or damage property.
By participating, guests agree that event photos and videos taken by our team may be used for promotional purposes. Personal photography is allowed unless restricted for safety or operational reasons.
All bookings and disputes are governed by the laws of Goa, India and under the jurisdiction of local courts.
